Warranty/guarantee

We guarantee our needles for breakage or defects of any nature. All you need to do is send them back and we will replace them. No questions asked.

I am sure any needle maker would do the same. Its impossible to not have some breakage or defects, especially when you are dealing with wood, and humans (I am human) make mistakes. I quit trying to be perfect a long time ago. Wooden needles do need a little more TLC than metal or plastic because they are more fragile.

I always like to know why my needles break and it seems the leading cause is sitting on them. A metal or plastic probably would not break, might hurt you, but wouldn’t break! I just got through sitting on one myself! (Pretty dumb huh?)
