Triangular Scarf / Shawl

Size 13 Circular Knitting Needles

Mountain Colors Hand Painted Yarn, 78% Mohair, 13%Wool, 9%Nylon, 225 yards, 100 grams

Gauge: 2 stitches per inch

Start at the bottom point of the triangle and cast on one stitch.

Increased one stitch at the beginning of each row.
(Make increases by knitting in the front and the back of the stitch)

Continue knitting in the garter stitch, (knit every row) until the Scarf / Shawl reaches the desired size.

Bind off stitches, weave in loose ends and walla.

Because the stitches are so big it has a lacy appearance and it shows off the fuzziness of the mohair.

Notes:

The size 13 knitting needle will give the Scarf / Shawl a somewhat lacy look. If you would like an even lacier effect, use a larger needle. Just knit a little bit to see what you like best.
